We are an experienced executive team who strongly believe that we have identified an opportunity to maximise our business process service offering (BPSO) in these challenging times. We saw a gap in the current industry, in which everyone is taking about emerging technologies in CX, but almost nobody is using it. We have seen first-hand how these new technologies can help to reduce cost and improve the customer experience. We want to put these to our client’s service.
